AI Policy Gap Analyzer
Paste your AI policy, AI acceptable use policy or AI governance standard. See which controls it requires, which it only touches, and which it leaves out, with the exact sentences that support each finding.
Your document is checked against the ten controls of the Laurenceo Production Control Specification and the nine agentic controls (E1 to E9). Every quote is matched against your text; if a quote cannot be found, the finding is marked for you to check by hand.
Your document
Remove names and confidential details first. Your text is sent to Laurenceo's server and analysed by an AI model from Anthropic under API terms that do not use it for training. Laurenceo does not store it.
How It Works
One request to an AI model reads your document against a fixed description of each control and returns covered, partial or missing, a short quote and a one-sentence note. Laurenceo's server then checks every quote against your text. The model can still misjudge a requirement, so treat the result as a first pass for a person to review, not as an assessment.
Use it with the Readiness Assessment, which asks how the controls actually work, and the Evidence Toolkit, which helps put them in place. A policy that says the right things is only the start: the specification is about proving that controls operate.
What This Is Not
This is not an official BMA tool and not a compliance determination. The specification is illustrative, from Laurenceo's independent response to the Bermuda Monetary Authority's consultation. It is general information, not legal, regulatory or financial advice.
