Will Anduril publicly file for an initial public offering by 2027-06-30?

Laurenceo estimate: 14% (Unlikely) by June 30, 2027. Last updated November 2, 2026.

How it resolves

Resolves YES if, on or before 2027-06-30, Anduril publicly files a registration statement (Form S-1 or equivalent) for an IPO with the US SEC, or publicly announces that it has done so. A confidential draft submission counts only once Anduril publicly confirms it. Resolves NO otherwise.

Reasoning

Anduril has not filed, named underwriters or set a price range, and its leadership says it is not rushing to list while private capital remains plentiful at rising valuations. Its founder says it will go public eventually.

Evidence

  • Against. As of October 2026 Anduril had not filed an S-1, named underwriters or set a price range, and its CEO has said it is not rushing an IPO. GovCon Wire
  • Against. An employee tender at about $90 billion gives staff liquidity without a listing. CNBC (2026-10-14)

Revision log

  • November 2, 2026: set at 14%. Initial Laurenceo estimate, set from the evidence listed here.

What to watch

  • Any confidential filing confirmation or banker appointments
  • Whether a new private round closes, which would reduce the need to list
